What does the warranty actually cover?
Our workmanship warranty covers failure of the waterproofing itself, leakage recurring through the treated area. It does not cover damage from external causes like a heavy object dropped on the surface or sharp objects cutting into the coating.
Who is responsible if the waterproofing fails, the brand or the contractor?
Product manufacturers warranty the material itself, not the workmanship. We provide our own written workmanship warranty on top of the product warranty, so there is a clear point of responsibility either way.
Are there any hidden charges beyond the quoted price?
No. We quote a firm price after the site visit before starting work. If we discover a hidden issue once work begins, like a crack under old plaster, we show it to you and get approval before it affects the price.
